Honest, reliable and excellent communication
Very honest and reliable company with top notch communication throughout my order. I ordered an electric bike from Chilled Rides and there happened to be a delay occur which I was fine with and they kept me informed and was trying there hardest to get it resolved, which they did, they did phone me to let me know of the delay.
When I received the product it was just as I expected, very neatly packaged safe and secure and the bike is absolutely amazing. Couldn't recommend this company enough!
