🟢 Road Legal (EAPC)
These bikes are designed to meet UK Electrically Assisted Pedal Cycle (EAPC) regulations for use on public roads and cycle paths. Motor assistance is limited to 250W, with assistance cutting off at 15.5 mph (25 km/h).

When used as supplied, no registration, insurance, tax, or licence is required.

🟡 Configurable
These bikes are supplied in a restricted configuration out of the box (250W continuous power output, 15.5 mph assisted speed) but offer higher performance or additional features. Due to their design and capability, they should not be assumed to meet EAPC classification for public road use.

Where a bike does not meet EAPC requirements, it may be treated as a motor vehicle under UK law. This can require registration, insurance, and appropriate licensing for use on public roads.

🔴 Private Use
These bikes are intended for use on private land (with the landowner’s permission). They do not meet EAPC requirements for standard use on public roads, cycle paths, or pavements.

Use on public land would require full legal compliance, including registration, insurance, and appropriate licensing.
