Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing times
Orders to mainland UK are typically processed within 1-2 working days and delivered within 3-5 working days, but may be slightly longer for items for which customisation and/or White Glove Delivery service is involved) - please see the estimated processing and delivery time provided on the relevant product page for specific details.
Where dispatch to UK destinations outside of mainland UK is available, delivery may be subject to extra charges and longer delivery times.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Please note we only deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Chilled Rides only ships to physical addresses within the U.K.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Chilled Rides is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes)
Damages
We kindly ask that You carefully inspect all items upon delivery, even if You don't intend to use Your item immediately. If any items appear damaged, please email clear photos and/or videos within 48 hours of receipt of Your Order to info@chilledrides.co.uk so We can assess the situation and provide guidance on the best next steps.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
