The Allegro TDL6131 is a high-performance full-suspension e-bike designed for riders who demand both power and versatility. Featuring a powerful 250W rear hub motor (can be switched up to 750W for off-road use) and a robust 48V battery system (available in 25Ah or 50Ah), this electric bike delivers impressive acceleration and a top speed of up to 45km/h, making it ideal for off-road adventures and longer-range exploration.
Its 27.5” fat tyres, dual suspension and hydraulic disc brakes ensure a smooth, controlled ride across a variety of terrains. The frame-integrated folding design offers convenient transport and storage, while the Shimano 7-speed gearing and LCD display with multiple PAS levels let you tailor your ride to suit the conditions. Whether you're tackling hills or cruising trails, the TDL6131 offers the muscle, comfort and reliability to take you further.

Legal Disclaimer
Electric bikes that meet UK government criteria (pedal-assisted, motor limited to 250W, and a maximum speed of 15.5 mph) are classified as Electrically Assisted Pedal Cycles (EAPCs). These can be used on public roads and cycle lanes without a license, tax, or insurance.
Riders must be at least 14 years old to legally ride an EAPC in the UK. By purchasing and using these products, customers acknowledge their responsibility to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. We cannot be held liable for misuse or legal consequences resulting from non-compliance.

Warranty Info
Warranty and Guarantee
The warranty period for bicycles is as follows. If the customer finds non-human damage within the warranty period, we will send the replacement parts free of charge.
After the warranty period, the customer has to pay replacement parts and shipping fees. The bikes which we sell are brand new products straight from the factory - all parts are the same as the original parts.
In order to facilitate customers to quickly solve the problem of accessories, the accessories purchased separately are sold at cost price; therefore, except for DOA, they are not covered by warranty.
Please kindly note: Second-hand e-bikes and modified e-bikes are not covered by our warranty.
Warranty coverage
- Frame: 12 months. Natural deformation, open welding, desoldering and fracture phenomena, and quality problems caused by poor manufacturing can be replaced. Self-modification and collision damage are not guaranteed.
- Front Fork Components, Handlebars, Folding Tubes, Saddle Tubes: 12 months. Self-modification, collision damage and rust are not under warranty.
- Tyres: 1 month. If the tyre is punctured by a sharp object, or if there is a problem due to insufficient tyre pressure, passing through a speed bump or pothole, it is not covered by the warranty. Only product quality issues are within the scope of the warranty.
- Saddles, Plastic Parts, Brakes, Brake Rotors, Brake Pads, Brake Lines, Spokes: 3 months. There is no warranty for parts collision damage etc. Man-made damage, self-modification, and parts damaged by collision are not guaranteed.
- Bracket, Fenders, Rear Racks, Pedals, Grips, Cranks, Chainrings, Front Hubs, Rear Hubs, Chains, Ringer Shifters, Rear Derailleur, Rear Derailleur Protective Cover, Flywheel, Shock Absorber, Bell, Horn, Lifting Lus, Connecting Rod Piece: 6 months.
- Controllers, Chargers, Main/Auxiliary Cables, Display (LCD screen), Pedal Assistance Sensors: 12 months. There is no warranty for parts collision damage etc. Man-made damage, self-modification, and parts damaged by collision are not guaranteed.
- Headlights, Tail Lights: 6 months.
- Motor: 12 months. Short circuit, burnout, and performance failures caused by poor manufacturing can be replaced. Water tear of parts, and added cables are not covered by warranty.
- Motor Hall, Motor Bearing: 12 months. Coil phase loss, burning, magnetic steel demagnetization, falling off, wheel shaft deformation and other quality problems cannot be repaired. The warranty will not be given if the wheel hub is deformed due to insufficient tyre pressure, speed bumps, potholes etc.
- Battery Box, Battery Top Cover, Battery Bottom Cover, Battery: 6 months. It can be replaced due to faults such as poor contact, power failure, no power storage, and capacity below 60%. Note: The warranty period of the battery will not be recalculated, and the replaced battery will be calculated according to the remaining date of the warranty period. No warranty replacement service will be provided for water or man-made damage.
None of the following conditions qualify for warranty cover:
- Failure caused by the user’s failure to use, maintain and adjust according to the “Instruction Manual”.
- Users disassemble, repair and modify themselves, and failures caused by non-compliance with the rules of use.
- Failure caused by improper use or storage by the user, or accident.
- The cost of going to other repair shops for repairs without consent.
- Slight scratches or damage to the outer package box caused by the logistics transportation of the accessories are not warranted.
- Please contact us and obtain our written approval before sending any item back. Any products returned without acceptance will not be refunded.
- Consumable parts are not warranted , including tyres, saddles, plastic parts, brakes, brakes rotors, brake pads, brake lines, surface scratches, etc.
How to apply for warranty
- Step 1: Take a picture/short video of your question.
- Step 2: Send a short description of the problem, pictures or videos of issue, order number, platform of purchase to info@chilledrides.co.uk.
- Step 3: We’ll diagnose your problem and, if it’s clear what’s wrong, we’ll provide a solution.
- Step 4: When it comes to issues that can’t be diagnosed straight away, we will send you troubleshooting files, and will work with you to identify the cause of the issue. For this, we will need you to provide us with the corresponding videos or pictures, and we will propose a solution based on these videos or pictures.
- Step 5: We will verify your order information and delivery address, and reissue the corresponding accessories to you.
- Step 6: Please be aware that, if we are unable to send someone to repair the bike due to distance, you will need to take the bike to a local repair shop. We will cover the associated expenses, but please inform us before proceeding with the repair. After receiving our approval and proceeding with the repair, send us the invoice and we will cover the expenses.
Please note that if an item purchased from us is requested by you to be collected and repaired, it may take up to 3 weeks for the repair to be completed on our side.

Order Confirmation
As soon as you place your order, we will pre-authorise your card, however your card will not be charged. We will then contact our supplier to confirm that the product you have purchased is available for shipment.
Once confirmed, we will process the payment and your order will be dispatched as soon as it is ready. If there is any delay such as an item which is on backorder, we will void the pre-authorisation and contact you to let you know.
Order Delivery
Once your order has been placed, assuming it is in stock and available for dispatch, we will charge your card and your order will be dispatched. Orders to mainland UK are typically processed within 1-2 working days and delivered within 3-5 working days, but may be slightly longer for items for which customisation and/or White Glove Delivery service is involved - please see the estimated processing and delivery time provided on the relevant product page for specific details.
Where dispatch to UK destinations outside of mainland UK is available, delivery may be subject to extra charges and longer delivery times.
We’ll send you tracking details by email within 24 hours of your order being dispatched. If you have not received tracking details within 6 working days, please reach out to us via email at orders@chilledrides.co.uk so that we can help.
Damages
We kindly ask that you carefully inspect all items upon delivery, even if you don't intend to use your item immediately. If any items appear damaged, please email clear photos and/or videos within 48 hours of receipt of your order to info@chilledrides.co.uk so we can assess the situation and provide guidance on the best next steps.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods in their original condition before filing a claim.
Missed Deliveries
After placing your order, once your item is prepared for dispatch, we or the relevant courier company will contact you via email, phone or SMS with tracking details and/or to arrange a convenient delivery slot. Please ensure that someone is available at the designated delivery address to sign for the package and let us and the courier know as soon as possible if you need to change the delivery date or time slot.
Once a delivery slot has been set, we cannot guarantee that it can be changed if adequate notice is not provided. Please Note: for any failed deliveries which require a new delivery date/time to be arranged, you will be responsible for paying the redelivery charge (typically around £70 for e-bike deliveries to mainland UK).
Cancellations & Refunds
If you decide to cancel your order and your item has already been dispatched, you will be responsible for any return shipping costs. Refunds will only be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.

You have 28 days from the day you receive your item to complete the return process. Here’s how it works:

14 Days to Request a Return
You have 14 days from receiving your item to contact us and request a return. To initiate a return, please reach out via returns@chilledrides.co.uk. -
14 Days to Return the Item
If your return request is approved, you have an additional 14 days to return the item to us. We’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, in its original condition, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged.
You are responsible for the cost of returning items, including shipping and any associated fees. Please make sure to send the return to the address we provide when you submit your return request. We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service or courier for the return, and kindly email us the tracking number. We are not liable for any items lost in transit. Your refund will be processed within 10 business days of us receiving the returned item.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at returns@chilledrides.co.uk.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Any claims for damages or discrepancies must be submitted within 48 hours of receipt of your goods and we request images and/or videos of the damage for our records. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items) and hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please bear in mind it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at returns@chilledrides.co.uk.
Cancellations
