The Dawes Arc foldable e-bike has had a complete makeover for 2025, combining a sleek new design with nearly double the battery range. But don’t worry - it still has the easy-fold features that have made it a hit with commuters and fans in the caravan, motorhome, and boating communities.
The 375Wh integrated battery gives you up to 40 miles (64km) of range and takes just 5 hours to recharge from empty. Paired with the trusted Bafang rear hub motor, which delivers 32Nm of torque, the Arc makes climbing steep hills a breeze and cruising on flat terrain effortless. Plus, it comes with a handy USB port so you can charge your phone or other gadgets when you’re parked up.
Switching between assist modes is simple with the backlit handlebar display, which also shows key stats like battery level, speed, and distance. Whether you’re commuting or exploring, you’re always in the know.
The bike is equipped with a Shimano Altus/Tourney 1x7 speed gearing system, featuring an upgraded trigger shifter for smooth and reliable gear changes. And when it’s time to stop, the mechanical disc brakes will give you confidence in any weather.
With 20” wheels, the Dawes Arc hits the sweet spot for comfort, stability, and speed. They’re larger than 16” wheels, making for a more comfortable ride, but still small enough to fold down compactly. The high-volume 20x2.40” tires even give you a suspension-like feel - without the extra weight.
Folding the Arc couldn’t be easier. In just three simple steps and under 15 seconds, it folds down small enough to stow away neatly. Foldable pedals, a collapsible stem, and a hinged frame make it super portable for storage or transport.
The lightweight alloy frame means it’s easy to lift onto public transport or into a car. Thanks to its adjustable stem and smart one-size-fits-all geometry, the Arc suits riders from 5’0” to 6’2” (152cm to 188cm).
To top it off, the Dawes Arc is kitted out with everything you need for year-round riding: a pannier rack, full-length mudguards, and a kickstand are all included as standard. Perfect for commuting or weekend adventures!

Order Confirmation
As soon as you place your order, we will pre-authorise your card however your card will not be charged. We will then contact our supplier to confirm that the product you have purchased is available for immediate shipment. Once confirmed we will process the payment and your order will be dispatched straight away. If there is any delay such as an item which is on backorder, we will void the pre-authorisation and contact you to let you know.
Order Delivery
Once your order has been placed, assuming it is in stock and available for dispatch, we will charge your card and your order will be dispatched within 5 working days. We’ll send you tracking details by email within 24 hours of your order being dispatched. If you have not received tracking details within 6 working days, please reach out to us via email at info@chilledrides.co.uk so that we can help.
Damages
We ask that you thoroughly inspect all items at the point of delivery. We advise you not to accept delivery of any damaged items. If you discover that an item has been damaged, please send clear photos of the damaged items to info@chilledrides.co.uk so that we can open an insurance claim on your behalf.
Cancellations & Refunds:
Any orders cancelled after 48 hours of placing the order may be subject to additional fees. If your order has been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any costs associated with returning the item. Any refunds can only be issued to the same payment method which was used to place the order.
