🔧 Bike setup & first ride PDI-checked before dispatch — connect the battery and check before riding.

Your E-Go bike is professionally inspected (PDI) before dispatch and normally needs no bike assembly on arrival. Connect the battery according to E-Go's instructions. Unfold and secure the folding mechanisms where applicable, and adjust the riding position before use.

Check tyres, brakes, controls and folding joints before riding. Any separately supplied accessories may require fitting. If anything seems wrong, contact us before riding.

Follow the E-Go instructions for unfolding, adjustment and pre-ride checks. Make sure the bike is secure before setting off. If anything doesn't seem right, contact us before riding.

If you're not confident carrying out the necessary checks, we recommend asking a competent bicycle mechanic or suitably trained cycle professional to help.

Assistance matched to effort Torque sensor
Confident stopping control Tektro hydraulic brakes
More flexible storage Compact folding frame

WHY CHOOSE THE LITE 3S

What are you actually paying for?

This newer model pays particular attention to how smoothly the bike responds and how little attention the drivetrain needs.

Less chain maintenance

A belt drive and Shimano 3-speed internal hub avoid an exposed rear derailleur and regular chain lubrication.

Assistance matched to effort

The torque sensor responds to pedalling pressure for more natural-feeling assistance.

Refinement without extra bulk

A 15kg frame, internal cable routing and Tektro hydraulic discs add useful finishing touches.

Warranty & Support

To maintain this warranty, the electric bike must be used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. Any labour charges connected with the repair or replacement of the bicycle or affected parts, as well as any related shipping costs, are to be paid by the customer.

💬 How support works

Support: Handled via our UK support team in partnership with the manufacturer.

If you need support, contact us with your order number and details of the issue. We’ll review the problem and guide you through the next steps. Proof of purchase and photos or videos of the damaged product are required with any warranty request.

Repair method: Coordinated from the UK by our support team.

Where possible, issues are resolved through troubleshooting or replacement parts before recommending more involved repairs.

⚠️ What’s not covered

Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage/failure due to an accident, incidental or consequential damage, or any use of the product that’s inconsistent with the operating instructions as laid out in our user manual.

View full terms & exclusions

Warranty cover does not include wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, neglect, water ingress, parts compromised due to corrosion due to the elements (moisture, heat, etc), or issues resulting from unauthorised modification.

Defects or damage resulting from any of the following are not covered by warranty:

  • Users disassembling, repairing or modifying the bike themselves, and any failures caused by non-compliance with the rules of use.
  • Failure caused by user accident, or improper use or storage by the user.
  • The cost of going to other repair shops for repairs without consent.
  • Slight scratches or damage to outer packaging caused by the logistics company during shipping of the accessories.

Additionally, any defects or damage caused by improper assembly, testing, operation, maintenance, installation, service, repair or adjustment, in a manner that varies from the instruction manual, are not covered.

Please contact us and obtain our written approval before sending any item back. Any products returned without acceptance will not be refunded.

🔧 Assembly, servicing & aftercare

If your bike arrives boxed or partially assembled, any remaining assembly, adjustment and safety checks need to be completed correctly before you ride it. Please follow the manufacturer's instructions supplied with your bike.

If you're not confident carrying out the setup or checks yourself, we strongly recommend using a competent bicycle mechanic or suitably trained cycle professional.

You're responsible for making sure the bike is correctly assembled and safe to ride before first use, as well as for routine servicing, adjustment and maintenance. Problems caused or contributed to by incorrect assembly, setup, misuse, wear or inadequate maintenance may not be covered as product faults.

This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to genuinely faulty goods.

Delivery & Timing

Estimated delivery

E-Go e-bikes are normally delivered free of charge to most UK mainland addresses within 3 working days of order placement, subject to stock availability and courier conditions. Deliveries to some remote locations may take longer or require special arrangements; if an additional charge applies, we'll confirm it with you before taking payment.

Assembly and first ride

Every E-Go bike receives a pre-delivery inspection (PDI) before dispatch. E-Go confirms that no bike assembly is normally needed on arrival: connect the battery according to the supplied instructions. Unfold and secure the bike where applicable, adjust your riding position and carry out normal pre-ride checks, including tyres, brakes, controls and folding joints. Any separately supplied accessories may need fitting.

Returns & Refunds

We offer 28-day returns, subject to our returns policy. If you wish to return your bike, please contact us first so we can explain the process and any applicable return transport arrangements.

If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Weights, dimensions and specifications are as listed by E-Go; riding range depends on conditions. Prices are live and may change.

A useful rule of thumb: A lower price does not automatically mean a less capable bike. Think about how often you'll fold it, how far you'll ride and whether frame access or low-maintenance components matter more.
